Gmail sync problem

I am unable to sync contacts, Gmail and calendar. I tried to delete Google account, reboot and then make sign in again but still problem is same. When I open Gmail it keeps giving message that "getting your messages" but never loads. One more thing I would like to ask is what is hearing aid feature in Sony Xperia e3 dual?

Hi rahulkapadiya1,

Welcome to the community,

In regards to the hearing aid option, I can advise that this is for the hearing impaired, it allows hearing aids to connect to the device, supplying them with the ability to hear on calls.

In regards to the Gmail sync, was this happening prior or only just started?

I hope this helps.
