phone code forget

I have recently enabled the SP's facial recognition software as I was just interested to see how efficient it was, and I also set a PIN code in case it didn't work. This code was being accepted untill a couple of days ago, when it is suddenly not taking the code, any solutions?

You need to repair with SUS to remove the lock:
