Performance problems with Xperia U ICS update

I am facing problems with my phone. The processor is busy most of the time unless I free it up with Advanced Task Killer. At times,I cannot even answer calls as the phone is busy and the Answer/Reject options take time to appear on the screen.:smileyangry:

Apps and games that worked faster onGingerbread 2.3 became very slow after I upgraded it to 4.0.

Is there any update/tweak I can do to rectify this??? Help please:smileysad:

I noticed his name several times, as well as his always-relevant posts and moods! Love this attitude. This forum is actually the first and only one i've been posting in ever.

Yeeaaahhh maybe I should let go with facebook sync or go launcher ex... I just want my phone to behave better than it can technically do.
