Install Button not Selectable

I have selected Unknown sources in the security menu,

I am trying to install Copilot and OfficeSuite pro from the apk.  the install starts and I am given an option to 'Cancel' or 'Install'.  The problem is the install button will not do anything.  The 'Cancel' does work and will cancel. 

What do I need to do as it cannot be both apk's as they work on my 'S' series.

most likely its a compatibility issue.

I have spoken to Copilot and they say other users with a Z series have not reported a problem.  The OfficeSuite I also bought are not reporting any other issues with Z series customers, which makes me think its a Z series config / set-up issue but I have no idea what.
Its been suggested it could be down to the screen protector but I find that very hard to believe that just one region of the screen is effected and it just happens to be the install and it just happens on these 2 apps.

I recommend that you contact the developers of these apps again to make sure you got the right version of the apk. It sounds like you have incompatible versions and as you say, it just happens with these 2 apps.
