Not present in every call, but most of them the party I call say they can hear their own voice, and I have to resolve the issue by using the speaker.

Have you enabled microphone noise suppression?
Do you have OK Google enabled?
I have the same issue. Both before and after a complete reinstall of the phone via PC Companion

Where is microphone noise suppression enabled and disabled?
I haven't tried safe mode, but the problem exist on a stock phone without any apps installed (both before and after reinstall of factory image)
Mic noise suppression is under call settings @iasion.
Cant find it on my Z5 Compact, according to the XDA forum, the setting does not exist on Z5 Compact: http://forum.xda-developers.com/z5-compact/help/people-call-hear-t3217500
