what OTG device are you trying to connect?
can you try to connect the OTG while you are on safe mode?
try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion
have you tried to use the pendrive to another phone? does it work?
hmm. but when you connect the pendrive does it give an indication that it receives power from the device? (led on)
I can't suggest anything else but to try software repair using Xperia Companion or have your phone checked at your Local support

I'm really sorry to hear about what you are experiencing.
Was there any change after the software repair as @nolramlb suggested? If not, have you been able to try connecting a (for example) USB mouse or keyboard to your phone? Have you tried rebooting your phone with the OTG-adapter and the accessory connected?
Should your phone still not recognize a computer mouse and/or keyboard it sounds like this might be related to hardware rather than software. If the above does not help I would advise you to have your phone sent in to be examined by an authorized service centre, for information on how to proceed I'd recommend contacting your Local support as they will have more information on local service procedures in your area.
