Numbers not getting displayed..!!!

Hello fellow SP users
I'm facing a problem in my phone. Whenever I dial the IVR number to check the balance or to take any other info and when it says press 1 to check your balance or press 2 to go back and whenever I enter my response by pressing the respective button the pressed button doesn't get displayed on screen. This is very annoying issue. Has anybody has faced this issue please check and confirm here.. Thanks

Try 

Setting>apps>all>phone

Clear data and  Cache force stop and reboot phone...see how it goes

Thanx Danial for the response. Did what you said but stll the problem exist..!! Can please check the same on ur phone, is your phone displaying the pressed number during a call when you try to dial another number to make a conference call. Because I think this is an bug

Please other users also check that is your phone displaying the dialed numbers when you try to dial another number during ongoing call to make a conference call..

Rokky, use SUS to reinstall/fix the firmware i had the same problem and that worked for me.

I haven't this problem rocky...i think you must follow wtfman suggest
