Notification issue

I've upgraded my Xperia Z2 D6503 to 23.1.A.1.28 firmware a few days ago. Since then everything was fine till yesterday but from morning today i found that I'm not getting push notifications from facebook or messenger. I still don't know this is happening to other apps or not. What is the solution?

Are you on WiFi or mobile data?

Are you sure that your data plan is active?

Did you try restarting your phone?

Restarted several times, but problem exists. I'm on wifi and I'm sure it's a working connection, I've checked.

Do you have Stamina mode enabled?

Yes, But I always have stamina mode enabled, till yesterday there was no problem.

May you try with Stamina Mode off? Or at least make sure that "Extended standby" option is disabled in Settings -> Power Management -> Stamina mode.
