Not charging and not detected by SUS

 when i connected to a charger red lead appears and after minute or two it goes off ..:smileysad:

not deducted by PC even becauce its not turning on, tried to flash using SUS connecting cable after pressing volume down button also not worked.. fully frusted.. any body there who solved such issue with Xperia SP 4.3??

Hi there,

Try the following:

Connect the phone to a wall charger > Press and Hold "Power Button" and " Volume Up" at the same time for 10 seconds until you feel 3 vibrations(just to make sure that the phone is completely turned off) OR Press and hold OFF Button using a pen or something similiar for 10 seconds (until you feel 3 vibrations) > Charge it for 2 hrs(even though nothing is happening half an hour from the beginning of charging) > Repair the phone software with Sony Update Service.

If that fails, contact your Sony Xperia Care for further assistance, you may need to visit an authorized service center.

beside of above suggestion try another USB cable

Because the phone is not detected m not able to use Update service  when i connect the charger led appears for a minute and off by itself:smileygeek:
