my xperia J's Mobile Network has a problem, I think?

Before, I don't think that my Xperia J's Mobile Network has a problem.However, I've noticed that whenever I am accessing or opening my mobile network to connect in the internet for browsing, the phrase telling "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" always appear in my screen( NOTE: mobile network is ON).

With that, I can't use my google chrome, youtube, facebook, and even receiving an updates for all of my applications which bothers me. I don't know what the solution for my problem.

Do you think my MOBILE NETWORK is the problem?

What should I do?

I try the solutions suggested in the link you gave me. However, when I go to SETTINGS>APPS/APPLICATION MANAGER>ALL APPS>DOWNLOAD MANAGER it is already disable and when I am going to do the 2nd option, SETTINGS>APPS>ALL APPS>ON-SCREEN MENU KEY on the bottom right of my XPERIA J , the only choices in their is SORT by SIZE and the the one that I should select which is "Reset app preferences" is not available in the choices. Tell me what should I do then.,?

I went to the link you suggested and follow the solutions specified therein. Apparently, when I'm about to follow the 2nd solution which is Settings>Application Manager>All Apps>On-screen menu button at the lower righ of your device>RESET apps preferences, I can't find the "REset Apps Preferences" the only choice appearing when I click the On-screen Menu is "SORT by Size". Do you know where will I find it (RESET APP PREFERENCES)? take note: my phone is Xperia J.
