New Gallery

Hi, the Xperia Gallery is using the Mobile Bravia Engine.

But the new Gallery in ICS is not using it. Why? is it a normal behaviour?

Tried this myself and it seems correct. The Bravia Engine is only active in the Xperia Gallery and not in the ICS stock gallery app. I guess it's because you can't implement layers in the ICS one.

How do you determine if Bravia engine is used or not?

Yes, we wanna know how Mobile Bravia Engine only works in Xperia Gallery. Though I frequently use ICS Gallery since it displays the REAL resolution of the picture when zoomed 100%.

This is quite annoying. The ICS Gallery is so much better than Xperia one.

But it has 2 drawbacks:

- No Bravia Engine

- Filename of individual photo is not always displayed at top
