Hello! Recently I bought in Europe the new Sony Xperia U (ST25i) unlocked to all networks.
With any SIM card from any carrier in Portugal the phone works fine, but in a travel to Angola when inserted the SIM card the phone ask for a PIN code to unlock network. There is possible to a phone be unlocked to any carrier in European space and locked to another carrier in Africa?
I've seen this before that users buy a "contract free" xperia but it's locked to networks, so it is locked to a network but not to a contract, check with Service Menu

Tanks for you answer, but I dont't bought my phone from a carrier but from PIXMANIA-PRO. So I don´t have any contract or network locked. I bought the phone as Unlocked to any network. In Portugal the phone works fine with any SIM card from any carrier but in Angola the phone ask's for a PIN code to unlock network.
In Service info > sim lock apears one x, so its SIM locked. But if I insert a SIM card from any portugueses carrirer the phone works fine.
as you can see on that picture (you could've taken a screenshot, press and hold both power button and volume down for 2 seconds), if it was all 0s then it will be unlocked, contact Pixmania-Pro
