Hi. I've updated to 23.4.A.1.232 and so far everything is fine. I have a Z3Dual (6633) Hong Kong variant. 

The USSD is fixed. 

The battery life is fine. With moderate usage I can get almost 2 days again.

New firmware .232 is already up and running but the speaker volumes are downgraded for sure, 50% volume sounds 25% and at 25% you cannot hear a thing!!!

With this firmware (.232), sometimes I still lose, completely, data connection (no LTE, 3G, Edge, ...). I have to disable and enable Data via Settings, then it works again.

Also, many app icons disappeared after the update, specially the apps that are stored in the SD card. The SD has never been removed, is active and working. Just the icons in the home screen disappeared. The app works if I open via the big app list.

I bought Z3 in Poland at normal electronics store... Now I'm in Nederland and still nothing...

Hi everybody,
I realize that after my update to 23.4.A.1.232 my battery life shorten by half. Before this update I use to have 4-5 days without Wi-Fi or data connection and 2days with these connections.

Hi Isac,

Here are the instructions on how this is done with PC and Mac.

Here's how to run the repair on PC Companion:
1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps

And Bridge for Mac:
1. Launch Bridge for MAC without the handset connected.
2. On the Main Window select "Xperia > Repair Xperia Device".
3. Ensure the phone is charged and select "Ok" in the following window.
4. Select Continue on the following page.
5. Wait until the initialising step is finished the continue as below.
6 . Select your model of phone from the list that appears
7. Follow the connection steps that appear, ensuring that you are holding the relevant button down before during and after the connection phase until the update/repair begins.
