It has been certified for all Z2 and Z3 family, and I don't think Sony will give changelogs for an update that didn't land yet.

Well I for one hope they address stagefright and all the other issues that came with 5.1.1 and in a timely manner too, not just a few regions and everyone else has to wait months to get it.

Well, let's hope this update will fix the USSD code issue, otherwise I have 3 nice SONY devices that will land directly into my trash bin!!!!!

I hate it when they release an update and doesn't provide changelog.
23.4.A.1.200 was huge 1.5GB update and no one knows what changed. It is really annoying to be like a ignored and download what ever they release. Atleast they should give info about this one after it is released.

First thing I tested is the USSD and it does not work. No improvement here.
