Neo V update 4.04 when ??

when i updated my neo v to ics v. 4.03

i did not recieved any new updates

why ??!!!!

i tried OTA SUS , and PC Campanoin  it says u have latest update

but when i updated my neo v to ICS (4.03) VIA Sony PC Campanion

my SI number was not on the list !!!!!
i am from egypt >>   my si number is : 1256-7812.3

Maybe they found some bugs in the new firmware and desided to fix them before they release it !!

i will try use repair phone in PC campanion

but, what about ftf file ??? i do not know !!!! is it affect bootloader or rooting

You know too neo v have wifi issues with ICS 4.0.3  . is it resolved on update 4.0.4 ?

i tried repairing software in pc campanion

and reinstalled software again nothing changed it is ICS 4.0.3 !!!!!

i will wait reply from Sony
