Neo V update 4.04 when ??

when i updated my neo v to ics v. 4.03

i did not recieved any new updates

why ??!!!!

i tried OTA SUS , and PC Campanoin  it says u have latest update

but when i updated my neo v to ICS (4.03) VIA Sony PC Campanion

my SI number was not on the list !!!!!
i am from egypt >>   my si number is : 1256-7812.3

heheeh false alarm i dont think there is no .587 for Neo-V , Markus and his colleagues from Sony support still blocking Neo-V . And we dont know why Just because

testing the bugs ..... it is sound like a joke every new firmware have some bugs like always.We are the best testers for Sony , but they blocking update
