Hi All,
I would like to seek for your help regarding my phone's problem. I am using Xperia Neo V for 3 months now, and suddenly I experienced this. My internet connection was not working properly, it keeps on loading the apps I am accessing but the contents were not loaded. I already asked this to my network center which is GLOBE/TM and as per their analysis, there is no problem with my sim, it has the correct settings and connection. I can see also a connection logo on my phone, and the connection speed is HSDPA. I also tried to factory reset my phone, it work but then stop again from connecting.
Can somebody please help me?
