Can't seem to find any related threads regarding this, so just wondered whether anyone else has experienced the app failing to open with an error code (80081041)?
Pretty annoying, only just received my replacement handset back with ICS.
Playstation Store is not available in most countries so I suggest you call the regional support office and see what they can offer in terms of help on this.

Thanks Marcus, but i'm in the UK and it's been fine since I got my Xperia S and Tablet S.
Seems to be have been a glitch though, as it's all up and running fine now. Must have been an issue at their end.
i too am in the uk, i too had access to the ps store.
then this week i get ICS and the installed ps store app fails with error "error 8008103e "
also there is no sign of ps store anywhere to reinstall it if i remove it.
You can redownload it here: http://www.playstation.com/pss/store/en.html
I am in the US on my ion and am getting the same 8008103e error. I am using an international firmware though so that might be causing the issue though it worked fine before with my Xperia Play. My Xperia S is being sent out for Yellow Tint issue so I can't test it on there.
Right, so this did initally sort itself out and I could see all available games and the three that I had paid for and downloaded. Then today when I tried again, the error had changed to 'this service is not available in your country/region'.
My handset is unbranded UK, but with an Orange SIM card. Below is my simple email request to Sony Entertainment Network. Will be very interested to see what their response is...
Good afternoon,
Unfortunately, since my device was updated to Ice Cream Sandwich, it appears that the PlayStation Store is not available in my country (UK).
I would therefore request a refund of all credit I have applied to my account and purchased games with, as I can no longer use them on my desired device.
Please kindly acknowledege my request at your earliest convenience.
Many thanks,
blahblahblah
Anyone who is having problems accessing the PS store your probably on T-Mobile or Orange if your in the UK.

Here is a thread with a transcript from a Sony rep.
Its a problem they are aware of but I wonder if it's T-Mobile/Orange to blame cause they are one company and it only seems to be affecting their customers.
I know it defeats the object here but if it was working on the GB firmware then you could downgrade back to GB - I don't have any branded T-mobile or Orange firmware but I do have the Generic .75 GB Firmware if you would like to downgrade
