Purple/Red tint Xperia Z5

Hello i just bough a Xperia Z5 in Sweden 02/05-16 i tryed the selfie camera and front camera if i point the camera on dark spaces i see purple/red tint on the picture and when i take a photo (without lights) the tint thing follows to the pictre. But if i use the camera flash its gone. Is it something wrong or should it be like that? If its bright around me cant see the tint purple/red thingy. Should i turn back the phone in and ask for a camera replacement?

Hi @Fusionn,

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried adjusting the colour balance on your camera? You can do this in the camera just by moving the 'Colour' slider. You can filter it more towards blue or red.

However, I'm continuing to think there's something wrong on colour balance, because for a rapid shoot I can't try all combinations with Color slider for avoiding a problem u did on our top phone, don't u agree ?

I am using Z5P E6833 from last 6 months. From couple of days back i saw a pink/yellow tint near to the sim card. If i increase the brightness, its not much visible easily or if you see it from any angle i cannot see. But sometimes it visible prominent and  sometimes less. I am afraid that kind of issue. Today this tint much visible. Any suggestions.
