my xperia z just stuck at 4.1.2

i just bought xperia z a few day ago, and i've got notice to update to fw 10.1.1.A.1.253

after that i'm never get update even 4.2.2 why???

i'm try to connect to pc companion and they say latest update..

You have to wait for the update to be approved and released in your country, if your phone is or was locked to a carrier/network branded, then you have to wait for them, the network, to approved and release the update

i'm from indonesia and i'm join to xperia z indonesia group 

i ask to the members, and they already user 4.2.2 official..

this make me confuse why only me??
