Try using sony update service it will surely work.

Do you use the correct method to connect your device? turn off the phone via back panel wait 5-10 seconds, open sony update service and select SP it will ask you to connect your phone before connecting your phone keep your USB plugged into PC then press down volume button on SP and while it's pressed connect the usb into device it will recognize it.

try connecting the usb at the back panel of your pc... and remove your sdcard if you have...

I am using laptop.. but did that too.. The main problem is when I connect it to charger its showing the Red LED but its not found in PCC,SUS,Flashtool,Emma by Sony... It ask me to connect my device and I connect it but it does not recognize... Done it by pressing volume done key,power key every method,but it just stuck in connect you device option and cant detect my device even I connect it
