My Xperia M getting very hot

Since 3 months my Xperia M getting very hot i.e., 47c highest.
I'm afraid of using my cell

Why sony is not doing anything about these issues??

Apps can't be moved to sd card,
Mobile phones are getting hot

If you can't give support then don't make the cell phones,
Close the company or sell it to any other company as you guys sold a vaio

I am not an expert in this field, but my guess is when phone gets hot by doing random tasks, not hard GPU usage, it might be power supply or battery fault. Think about it...
