My Xperia M getting very hot

Since 3 months my Xperia M getting very hot i.e., 47c highest.
I'm afraid of using my cell

Why sony is not doing anything about these issues??

Apps can't be moved to sd card,
Mobile phones are getting hot

If you can't give support then don't make the cell phones,
Close the company or sell it to any other company as you guys sold a vaio

Nothing is worked

If I put my phone 📱 in safe mode i can't use other apps na.,
Then what's the point of having a smart phone 📱

Recently my phone 📱 reached up to 50 'C,

As I'm daily using it.,

It getting hot 🔥 when I'm using net,
Also may be due to weather as it was summer in India, temperatures are much higher

I can't do anything about these things na,

I can't control the weather

I can't stop myself from using the net in my phone 📱

Also my speaker 🔊 volume got 👇

There will be any support for these issues??

Please can anyone help me, my xperia M has been fine until yesterday , it was on charge in the car and got so hot you could fry an egg on it, (ok it was just very hot ), I cooled it down and its works fine, I reset the phone back to factory settings, that was easy to do BYW, now I have put back any apps I need, plus a CPU checker, the battery now runs around 34 to 40 c and a little more maybe 43 when im useing apps, the net or installing new apps, yesterday it was around it was around 55C, but thats seems ok now.

any ideas what happened yesterday, what might have caused it and am I on with 43C .

I have never known it happen before, now Im checking it every hour, I have had the phone since december last year.

is it an app, the battery or just me ???????

BTW  I have 1.38GB free on the phone
