Have you received any error messages in the phone about over heat? If not and if you haven't experienced any issues related to when the phone is becoming warm you don't have to worry.

Please can anyone help me, my xperia M has been fine until yesterday , it was on charge in the car and got so hot you could fry an egg on it, (ok it was just very hot ), I cooled it down and its works fine, I reset the phone back to factory settings, that was easy to do BYW, now I have put back any apps I need, plus a CPU checker, the battery now runs around 34 to 40 c and a little more maybe 43 when im useing apps, the net or installing new apps, yesterday it was around it was around 55C, but thats seems ok now.
any ideas what happened yesterday, what might have caused it and am I on with 43C .
I have never known it happen before, now Im checking it every hour, I have had the phone since december last year.
is it an app, the battery or just me ???????
BTW I have 1.38GB free on the phone
