My Xperia is falling.

Hi, i'm writting since México. My phone is Xperia E1 and i like it, but sometimes it gets frozen for a few minutes, after which it restarts alone. I made a hard reset but it did not fix. Can you help me? What could i do to solve this drawback? Thanks, and greetings since México!

I have heard from someone with E1 that the device restarts too when heavily used.Does the same occur to you?

yeah! it does. when i use it as 2 or 3 days followed is gets frozen and shuts down itself. do you know how to repair that? would be great to fix that.

I cannot seem to figure it out exactly but I think low RAM memory might be the cause.Could you use the device in safe mode for a couple of days and see if the same occurs?
