my pictures suddenly disappear !!!!

hi

i have a problem in my gallery !!

if i take any picture after some days it disappear suddenly on my phone but it  still on my sd card in other words when i put the sd on another phone i see the picture taken !!!  now i have 15 pictures on sd but i do not see them  on gallery phone!!!!

download ". file expert from android market ,

through it search the dcim folder for a file name "nomedia"

if it shows in the dcim folder..delete it..

you can use your computer for doing the same..

connect your phone with your pc then search for nomedia file in DCIM folder and delete it..

I searched the file which named nomedia and no results !!!  I connected my phone to pc and searched nomedia in dcim  , nothing !!!!

there are 26 items on dcim  now !! and nothing on screen's phone !!  whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

your pictures are in a folder 100 andro..so are you telling me those 26 items are in 100 andro folder or in the dcim folder..??

if its in dcim folder..

copy the dcim folder to your pc..

and delete the whole folder from the memory card..

then take a pic..

then see what dcim folder and 100 andro folder contains..what files are present there..?

sorry i meant the folder 100 andro my 26 items are in the 100 andro . all my problem : in my phone , on my gallery there is not camera and no pictures there !! in the same time when i connect my phone to pc i see all the 26 items in 100 andro >

Ok sounds like an issue with the Gallery application, to resolve this please try:

Main Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Gallery > Clear Data.

After this please try to view the content again.

mr Sam-SEanswers i did every thing you said and the problem remains and it doesnt go !!!!

look at my camera in my phone there are just 2 pic in the same time look at the 100 andro file there are 21 files !!!!!

plz some one help me ... if this problem stay i will sell this rubbish phone!!!!!!!!

ok, you added those other pictures and they are not showing in the camera folder?

go to the Gallery and take a screenshot (hold the powerbutton and the tap on Screenshot) assuming that you have 2.3.4

settings -> about phone -> android version and build number

by the way mr . uliwooly ,  i didnot added these pictures (21) to 100 andro i took these pictures in the past a bout 4 days ago with my cameras'phone
