Hi,
My phone suddenly shut down, for no distinct reason.

When i turn it on, it gives the white start up screen, but never get in, still freezes on the white screen.

what that problem could be ??

I appreciat any help.

This sounds as though the handsets software has crashed, I can only suggest that you download the Update Service from the Sony Mobile website to rectify this. Please use the link below to achieve this task.

Unfortunatly it is not like that.
the phone had been checked by specialists, they said it's processor faulty.
and the warranty is over. and i lost the phone after only 2 years of use.
and am so upset of your company product.
