My LT29I xperia TX does not turn on anymore

After buying my xperia, some day have been passed and battery charge will have been empty. then my phone has been turned off and never wake up I took it to repair work shop and they told me its emmc ic must be replace by a new healthy one. so how can I get one emmc ic?

Thanks for your support, but as you do not have any local support here in Iran, I have to try other countries to send me an emmc ic
