My E3 intern memory

I bought my Phone this autumn, i added a 32gb Sd-card. My problem is, almost every app is automaticly saved at the intern memory and are not movable to the Sd-card. All the time the Phone warns me that i dont have enough space on my Phone but i have nothing to move. I cant have any more apps and i only have about 15 to 20 apps total and a few of them on the Sd-card. Is it supposed to be this way? I have 29.5 gb Sd-card i cant use.

What I can suggest is:

- Back up your existing data, use this guide to know ho to back up.

- Perform a PC Companion phone repair, this will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory.

Open PC companion -> Support zone -> Phone/tablet software update -> Repair my phone/tablet (blue link style). Follow the steps given, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.
