My E3 intern memory

I bought my Phone this autumn, i added a 32gb Sd-card. My problem is, almost every app is automaticly saved at the intern memory and are not movable to the Sd-card. All the time the Phone warns me that i dont have enough space on my Phone but i have nothing to move. I cant have any more apps and i only have about 15 to 20 apps total and a few of them on the Sd-card. Is it supposed to be this way? I have 29.5 gb Sd-card i cant use.

I need more space to be able to install more apps.

I've moved all apps that could be moved to SD card to SD card, but still need more space. Currently there is only 177MB internal storage space left and there is always a notification to move data to SD card because internal storage is 85% full.

Any ideas what should I do to be able to install more apps?

You would need to gain root access to be able to move apps to a large capacity sd card or invest in a phone with large internal memory.

I will root my device then.

The card is for media like movies, music and images not for apps

Then what kind of Phone is this? why does the Sd-card on other Phones function as an extension of the intern memory? How can they make a Phone that doesnt allow me to have more that 10 small apps? And some of them i dont use, like "Google apps" and they att not removable.

You would need to root your device to uninstall the system apps and then on this model have the ability to move apps to an SD card

So to be clear Sony has created a SMARTPhone that cant have any apps because There is no room, and The new android update will not apply to my e3. The earlier android versions could interact with a Sd-card, why cant this version? This is the worst buy ever.

I agree, if I had been told this to start with then I wouldn't have bought it.

Absolutely agree.

What I would like to know is this.

I have an Experia E3 with not many more apps than come as standard - and the free storage space internally is ~ 650 MB

I have a Windows Phone Nokia Lumia 635 which also has 8GB internal storage. With a very similar set of apps, that has ~ 3GB free.

I also have a Nexus 7, with almost the same apps as the Xperia - the apps and data only takes up about 4GB - so WHY does the Xperia have so little free space? What is eating it up?
