bootloop doesn't charge over 1%

After the battery drained I can't find a way to recharge it.

When I plug the phone to the charger it keeps restarting showing "Sony" logo and then shutdown.

From time to time after hard shutdown it does fully restart but with on 1% battery and seems to not recognize the charger (original and not origianl) and then after couple of seconds when the battery full drains again it shutdown.

Also when I try to charge from my laptop (when I manage to make it start) it doesn't recognize that the phone is connected nor does it charging indication is shown.

It is not recommended to let the battery drain soo much, this might affect the battery phisically. You should be more careful with Li-Ion or Li-Po.

Hi,

If you hold down the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button for 10 seconds, the phone should shutdown completely. If you now connect it to the charger (without trying to power it on), does this behaviour still persist?
