Hi, I have the sony bluetooth smart headset pro MW1, the problem im having which i cannot find any information on, is every so often, the device will crash, nothing will appear, nothing will respond, the the screen stays blank, despite that the battery never lasts longer then 3 hours after several days of this when the device finaly comes back on even with never being charged it will appear as it the battery is still full, as if it has been off the entire time

Charge it for 30min then update/repair it with PCC or Bridge

I have tried not charging it at all once for several day, and have also tried leaving it on charge for about 3 days stright, whatever state the device is in, the compuuter won't recognise it as long as it's not responding, the only way the devise comes out of this state is i try turn it on every so often and after a while sometimes only minutes other times a week or so it will just randomly start working
