Mute button problem

I have bought new sonyericsson live with walkman while I am answering the calls mute button is being pressed unkowningly, I locked sceen button, but when a second call comes, proximity sensor unlock the screen, so mute button pressed, caller  couldn't hear. Is there any way to remove the mute button.  I have updated my Android Version to 4.0.4 and Build Number is 4.1.B.0.587,  please help me

Unfortunately it's not possible to move the mute option. My only advice would be to angle the phone just a bit to avoid pressing it when having a call.
