Multiple problems here ...please help!!!

Greetings everyone!

I have some really frustrating problems going on here, and at this point i have no idea what to do anymore except to ask for help here which i dont do ussualy ... So better get to the point...
I got micro SD card 8Gb class 2 , and its empty, however when i insert it into phone its super laggs the phone so much it burns (litterally, i used it once to warm myself on a cold day by putting it into upper pocket on my jacket) + its draining the battery super fast. So it is behaving like its full or something and it pretty much disables some of the functions from running, worst of all i cant even turn off the phone normaly (i must get out the battery in order to get it off).

This started when i got the phone from one guy, i went to try the camera and i got message " turn on memory ....sd card deactivated ..." so i went to activate it. When i did, camera and gallery cant even turn on its just black screen.

Atm i didnt realise really what is causing all the problems so i tried EVERYTHING, did factory reset multiple times, did repairs with PC companion and so on ....nothing helps. Now i cant even connect it to computer anymore, all the files (music, photos folders) are gone, and they are not supposed to.

Now i just use the phone without sd card and its performing perfectly, its fast, it can turn off lol, i can use wi-fi/internet normally and all the rest , but i cant use camera as it asks for the card, i cant transfer any music, pictures, files to phone because of God knows what...i simply get error message " No device connected" and such ... I could really use some advice with this, and i will say this right away ...sending it to service center isnt an option (pls dont ask why).

Cheers!

Please try using a different memory card, preferably of a different make. As for not being able to connect to your computer, what OS and version do you use? If windows xp, the media transfer mode needs windows media player version atleast 10 installed, and know that the internal memory will be detected only in media transfer mode. Does your computer detect the memory card in mass storage mode? Also try using different USB ports on your computer. Have a look at the following thread: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/USB-connection-problems/m-p/348074#M10

Computer is ok im using Win7. When i just connect it to internal memory the way you said it DOES connect with computer but nothing can be transfered as PC companion asks me for sd card. For some reason i cant use internal memory for anything except storage for installed app´s, for pretty much everything else SD card is required 😕 . USB ports are also ok i believe, when i conect it to mass storage its same thing + i get instruction to pull slide bar from top and tap "connect device" button ...which is not there lol. Also i tried with connecting using the debugging mode, didnt help me much.

As for try usind different memory card, it seems to me that is the only remaining option, so i shall. Which one do you recommend for my case?

Any memory card in a working condition would do, though one of reputed make would be preferable to safely ignore the probability of substandard quality of the card. Please try that, and if you cannot, then try the memory card that you have now in a different device like a digital camera, or may be in a card reader and connect it to the computer and check if the card is actually readable. The phone's firmware probably has no problem as you have already tried repairing it. So, the most probable culprits are the memory card itself or your computer's drivers.
