Multi screen on xperia z?

I recently observed that the samsung galaxy note phone has a multiscreen option which allows you to work on 2 apps simultaneously on the same scree. The screen gets split into 2 halves. Is this possible on the xperiaz?

I think Sony should come up with something inbuilt like Samsung. Wish it could come out in 4.2.2
