Unable to restore or conect phone (pc-companion problem)

I rebooted my phone to it's factory's settings, just before I made a back up using the pc companion.

Now PC companion doesnt recognizes my xperia Go I´ve reinstall pc companion a couple of times, tried to install the driver manually from device manager pointing the search path to the drivers folder in PC Companion, updated my windows, I try to install the driver by turning off the phone and hold first the volume down button and plug in the usb cave and vice versa.

Also Cleared data for the MTPapp in the phone, and installed MTP drivers on the pc, I removed the sdcard, change the usb port and the usb cable It even recognize the sdcard inside the phone, I tried the same in another PC the same problem, nothing works.

The system give me code 28 problem something about MTP USB, run out of ideas.

My phone still on ginger bread and is a not rooted ST27i

go to options for developers in the settings and check the first box  USB debugging (something like that). from now on you will have this turned on forever if you want to conect via PCC. Unless you find a way to fix it :smileyhappy:. Let me know if you do i have the same problem, and im not willing to format my pc.

I tried that too but it didnt work, the problems seems to be with my computer even so I connected a Xperia U and worked well, doing the research on other forums seems to be a Windows's issue even with other phone brands, I tried again in a third PC and was able to install the pc companion and use it to restore my data.
