mp3 playing interrupted

Hi

When I reproduce mp3 in T2 ultra in walkman app the sound is interrupted / cuted off at seaker and head set. Some ideas to fix it?

Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

Are songs stored on microSD or internal?

Can you check if the same occurs for internal memory songs? If not,the card might have problems.

It seems that the problem was corrected. Be sufficient reformatting the sd card or'll have to change it?
