Mobile Network not Available (only on Globe SIM)

I need help with my sony xperia z. Im from the Philippines and im using a globe LTE sim. The problem is whenever I try to call i get the "Network not available" message. I cant even send sms. But i have a full signal, i can also use 3G and sometimes i can receive messages. I tried a smart sim and it works perfectly. Already consulted with globe but with no luck. They replaced the sim 3 times but still the problem is there.

Repair the phone with SUS or PCC, also do you have the correct APN settings?
