screen goes unresponsive (black) after dialing

Hello,

I have purchased the phone since the begginign of December. Had no issues with the phone . Than I updated to latest version. At first no problem, but since last week i have the following issue :

When I select a number and press to dial - the screen goes black immidiatelly, and becomes unresponsive until the dial is over. I can not unlock it, end the conversation or whatever with the touchscreen, The phone works normally, I can make the conversation, but can not end it or do nothing with the phone untill it is reset or the other side hangs up. After that the phone works normally. I get to unlock it and contunie using it, untill I have to dial a phone number.

Any idea is this an option or a bug.

It might be something wrong with the operating system.You could attempt a repair with sony update service.

I will charge the device tonight and wait if someone else has any other ideas. I knew that we wouls come to it, but prefered to check out for advice. So I will post After tomorrow to tell what happened after repair, but in the same time please post if someone knows something on the issue, because this will be the third Xperia Z1 that I am returning to the mobile company due to screen issues and it becomes annoying to me and them.

The 3rd phone?That is impressive...It is your choice,you can take this one back into service.

Taking it back to service will be the same as me doing repair... They will not dare open it due to the dust and water protection.

1st phone - unresponsive display and phone was too hot - 2 times service and it the end it cracked the display. If i didnt took it to service they would have told me it was not under waranty - lucky me.

2nd one had the brightness issue, but i guess with the new android version that one will get fixed.

And now this one ... What can I say - I really like the phone but if this one is bugged too, I will be forced into other choice. Just two months I can not use my phone and all I do is write complains and wait for service ...
