mobile data is off notification

Evrytime i turn on my z ultra there's always the notification in the upper left corner reminding me that mobile data is turned off...any way to fix this??

pull down the notification bar > clear 

You can not deactivate this reminder.

I have other Xperias not the Xperia Z Ultra, but that's normal with all Xperias
