micro sd card

Hi,

My phone can't access the micro sd card, it's 8 GB. I connected it to my laptop but it said u have to format it, but when 
I wanted to do that, it said it's not completely fomated.

My phone still can't recognize my sd card! what should I do?

Format in FAT32 format - Once done put it in your phone and boot your phone with card inserted - Sometime inserting your card into an already booted phone won't recognise it

Either that or simply turn off and back on the device.

I did that, but the problem is the warnning, It says windows is unable to format your device completely.

So windows cannot format the SD? Try a low level format tool.

Do u know any tool for formatting or any software?

Thanks so much, but u know just about 127 mb of my sd is available for formatting.

I think it's corrupted, and maybe that's why it can't be formatted.

I tried the tool that u suggested, but even that didn't solve my problem.

It could be a damaged card.Get another one and see how it goes.
