xperia sp is not responding

Xperia sp is not responding for the last few days. i hv to restart d phone time and again in order to make it work smoothly.   i did factory data reset, but that didn't served my purpose. no use. it's the same. sony is a world-class brand and is this a world-class product?

Try using PC Companion and select "repair".

You can try a software repair and see if it works.If that does not help,you have to contact your local xperia team:
