magnetic charging cable

When i connect this magnetic charging cable to my z2 it got hanged and now it is not showing any thing on display (Full black like turn off screen) and also power button is not working so now what can i do ? can any one help me ?

Try holding the volume up plus power buttons at the same time for around 10 to 15 seconds then try turning it on,

The cable you used was it a 3rd party cable and did you attach it the correct way as it may have been possible that you have shorted your device and if this is the case then you need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

It is working good but

now i am facing new problem.

It is gets automatically restart after i switch off it.

Process i switch off the phone >It gets turn off > automatically Sony logo come up> gets automatically again turn off and again Sony logo come up.....many times same process running.

Can you try removing the SIM card and SD card if you have one and see if the restarting continues?

Similar problem was there with my Z1 compact. Where it use to turn on and sony logo come up and then again turn off..

You need to give it to the service center. No other option. I gave it to them and it was under warranty and they changed the internal component.
