m2 aqua stuck on boot loop

my xperia m2 aqua was stuck on the boot screen, the loading startup page. I repaired it with the PC companion and it was working fine for a couple of hours and again the same problem. it is again stuck to the starting loading screen. what can be done?

Did you drop it? Submerged it? Can you check if the same occurs without the SIM and microSD?

no sim and microsd card. the repair from PCC worked and I was happy but then after 2  hours it again happened and stuck to the loading page. isnt it a software problem since the phone was working fine before it happened
