Hope i can resolve my issue here
I bought my Z ultra c6833 about 4month ago. Using Kikat for most of it, However after last 3 week i update it to Stock Lolipop.
Been loving about 2 weeks, however all become messed up after i set Smart Lock,
I try to disable smart lock because it so unconvenient, however i encouter problem that state that administrator bla bla bla when i try to choose None / Slide only lockscreen
So i pressed remove credential in security setting and then i able to select pattern. Things get funny here.
Suddenly when i turn off screen, i cannot turn it back on,
So i try to restart, then press power to turn off screen, after that pressing power did not tun on back screen, however i can still feel the vibrate when touching my screen.. Also when i pressed vol+ -.. i can hear volume sound, that means the screen is activated however did not turn on.
I decide to factory reset and , unfortunately this issue still persist. on setup wizard - choose langauge, i did try to turn off screen, but cannot bring it turn back on.
I find away to restore back to stock kitkat, the problem not happening, but when i update it to lolipop back, the issue happen.
please i already fond to lolipop. feel sluggish on stock kikat.
im sure its not hardware issue as it did not happen on kikat, but only when on lolipop even with factory reset.
