keeps connecting to Internet while disabled
Hi .my m2 keeps using mobile Internet connection, 3g or 4g, even when i have it unabled. Its a problem because im being charged for this. When i have WiFi Its ok. But then i go out and the mobile data is automaticly turned on. i have already turned it off But it connects anyway. Could you help me? Thank you.

Try Clearing the SmartConnect app data.
How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen
1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the SmartConnect app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

I was about to suggest safe mode, but then again, if your phone is locked to a carrier, it could be that they created this bug when they modified the software.
As you know Sony release the update and then carrier/networks modify/add bloatware, settings, etc and then release the update.

Thanks to all of you. Unfortunateley, none of the solutions has worked. I´m going to try taking it to some techical service. I´ll tell you if they give me any other solution.
