1. i dont want widgets forced upon my lock screen.
2. if i did, the choice of widgets is ridiculous.
How do i keep my clock widget without having the icons to add more widgets or swipe to camera?
It's not possible to turn off this as standard. However there are different 3rd party apps you can download from Google Play that can turn off the widget function on the lock screen. For example "Lockscreen policy".
