Keyboard sony xperia z2 problem

Hey everybody
I dont know what i did today
But my keyboard is on azerty like always but the m changed from place...
First it was next to the 'n' now its next to the 'l'
Next to the n i now have this symbol '
How do i get it back to normal??

Are you using a third party keyboard? 

settings > apps > all > look for the keyboard > clear data > restart the phone
