Phoned dropped on back not working

Hi all 

My husband has dropped his sony xperia z3 this evening, he has a case on it but dropped from about 3ft height and landed on the back, no damage at all but just wont turn on. 

Anyone any suggestions, I have accidental damage with my insurance so can put in a claim but if you have any idea whats wrong please help. He only got the phoone end of Aug!!

Try this: power button and volume up at the same time until it vibrates 3 times. Connect to wall socket and let it charge.

If that doesn't work you will have to contact your Local support as it could be a hardware issue.

Tried that its not working, think it may be complety broken 😞
