I want to know how to be always updated especially for android system? I know that there are genres of android system what's it all? What's the best till now? And what qualifications needed for each?

The latest available update on the Xperia S/SL/Acro S is Android 4.1.2 

As the latest Android version is Android 4.4, this is only available on the Nexus 5 which was just released few days ago.

As for future updates, I doubt that the Xperia S/SL/Acro S will get any further updates, it seems that Qualcomm no longer support the chipset Snapdragon S3, without this, it can't be done

If you want to keep your self updated about android and other tech info or news just follow sites like Android Central or Android Police. For Latest news about Xperia Devices and stuff visit Sony Mobile Blog(Official) or Xperia Blog. Best android till now is Android 4.0(ICS) according to my opinion.
